If you worked with a standard personal trainer, you would easily pay $60 per session (for standard results)

Instead your investment to take part our in Boot Camp for unlimited sessions is as low as $40 per week.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you still train when it is raining?

Yes, sessions still go ahead as we have an indoor /outdoor location so the weather doesn’t affect you getting amazing results

Can I mix and match the session times?

Yes you can go to whichever session times you like. If you sign up for 2 sessions a week you may attend any two sessions, if you sign up for the unlimited program you may attend as many sessions as you like.

How long do the sessions go for?

1 hour the session times are displayed on the timetable underneath each session time.

Do you offer any nutritional coaching/ diets?

Yes we have food diary checks weekly and you can ask the trainers for nutritional advice anytime they will even sit down with you and give you a FREE nutritional consultation if you need more help.

How many sessions can I attend during my two-week trial?

As many as you like even if you have chosen to continue on 2 sessions a week, you may attend as many as you like during the two-week trial. Also, you can mix and match the session times.

Do you offer one-on-one Personal Training?

Yes we do. Prices range from $30 to $80 per session depending on the trainers and the session time

Can I pay cash for each session?

No, unfortunately we don’t accept payment in cash. You pay us to get you fit. This requires motivating you. It is much easier to motivate you to attend the sessions if you have already paid for them! And very difficult if you have to look for spare change before every session. However if direct debit doesn’t suit you for any reason, you may pay for 4 or 12 weeks in advance via direct bank transfer. Please contact Pam via email at

I am extremely unfit. Can I still participate in the program?

That is what we are here for! You will be amongst many others in the exact same position as you. Our job is to make your transition from unfit to super fit as quick as possible. However you will never be pushed too hard. Our aim is to push you just outside your comfort zone without hurting you or de-motivating you. All of our trainers are educated and experienced professionals. You are in great hands. There are many different fitness levels at Bootcamp and we have 2 trainers at each session so we can monitor and cater for different fitness levels whilst making sure the exercises are done safely and effectively with good technique.

I have an injury and can’t do certain exercises. Can you tailor the exercises for me?

Most of the time we can and regularly do tailor the exercises for individuals in the group having 2 trainers at the session allows us to cater for individuals very effectively. It all depends on the nature of the injury. If the injury is minor (joint or muscle issues) the best way to find out is to register for a two week trial and see for your self. But please consult your medical practitioner first. The types exercises we do are: squats, lunges, push ups, dips, jumping lunges, jumping squats, boxing, kicking, weighted exercises, weighted walks and runs, running, sprinting, jumping, pulling, pushing, laughing, making friends and other high impact exercises. However, we can modify the high impact exercises to accommodate for injury in most cases. We will not modify the ‘laughing’ and ‘making friends’ part for anyone!

Please be sure to tell the trainers the nature of your injury. You will be asked to fill in a medical screening upon registration, however it is your responsibility to make sure you don’t do exercises that will aggravate the injury.

with the details and we will let you know as soon as possible if it is advisable that you join our program.


Will I get injured?

All of our trainers are educated professionals and all have qualifications, which ensure that they have a thorough understanding of physiology and safe exercise prescription. But please consult your medical practitioner before joining. The types exercises we do are: squats, lunges, push ups, dips, jumping lunges, jumping squats, boxing, kicking, weighted exercises, sit ups, plank, weighted walks and runs, running, sprinting, jumping, pulling, pushing, laughing, making friends and other high impact exercises. However, we can modify the high impact exercises to accommodate for injury in most cases. But we will not modify the ‘laughing’ and ‘making friends’ part for anyone!

As you can see here, our results speak for themselves. We’re not about hyped up 4-week fat loss or getting you to starve yourself to loose 10kg in 3 weeks.

Then this boot camp is not for you……our bootcamp is for action takers only.

Trust me..I was never a fan of running or a fan of exercising in public.
Adam Prowse and his staff are so motivating and inspirational, never think bootcamp is not for you. Every workout is modified for individual needs.

I know I am slow in responding but I was at the gym but I want to share anyway because it has made such a change to me being a determined, undefeated person. Last year I joined with AP and this changed me from a broken, exhausted and overweight person, to having the best year ever, due to the whole support of AP training – it gave me direction and belief that you can overcome so many hurdles and curve balls that life throws you. My doctor of 25 years was shaking his head as he had tried to get me to lose weight forever and I had done this thru AP training. I joined the gym in March this year weighing 130kg, I had lost who I was and the confidance to be involved and live the life I wanted. It was really intimatidating even just to walk into the Gym… 4 weeks Later I met Toby Lowe and from there my Lifestyle change began…. Hi, I started doing PT’s three months ago which was three months after having my second bub. So far I have lost more then 15cms all around! I am now training 3 days a week and 2 days of boot camp and super keen for a super pre pregnancy body for my wedding in 4 months! Rachelle

I have been a client of Adam Prowse Personal Training since 2009 when I participated in The Body for Life program. This training with Adam has helped me not only in achieving my fitness goals but kicking a few personal goals as well. I started my weight loss journey bout 9 weeks ago with my personal trainer and have since lost 7.5kgs. I do PT twice a week plus try and go swimming once a week. Before starting PT I had tried many diets and joined gyms but could never stick to it. I am so glad that I have started training as it keeps me motivated and works me harder than I thought I ever could. I still have a long way to go to reach my major goal which is to lose 30kg all up. But with PT I’m determined to reach this goal. I have already reached a goal which was to be more confident within myself and to lose a dress size before the beginning of November which I have also done.
